She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Ann Cot'e and Edward Dean Simmons Sr.; and her brother Michael Wayne O'Neill. She is survived by: her brother Edward Dean Simmons Jr. (Donna Marie Broom); her sibling's children, Joshua Dean Simmons and Megan Grace Simmons; and her sons, Jeremy O'Neill and Jake O'Neill.
