He is survived by: his wife Betty Ballard of French Camp, Mississippi; his children, Roger Ballard (Katie) of Springtown, Texas, Sharon D'Angelo (Greg) of New Orleans and Suzanne Story (Rick) of French Camp, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Nicole Terrebonne (Adam) of Prairieville, Ned Dudoussat (Angel) of Metairie, Caitlin Rosamano (Gabe) of Kenner, Rhett Ballard (Samantha) of Springtown, Chandler Story of Metairie, Gabriel D'Angelo of Metairie, Tyler Story of Starkville, Miranda Williams (Austin) of Mathiston and Petty Officer II Class, Brock Ballard, U. S. Navy of Norfolk, Virginia; and his siblings, Sam Ballard and Judy McDaniel of Tennessee. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
