He was predeceased by: his father Sheriff Harold Ray Presley; his brother Patrick Presley; and his grandparents, Noah Edward, Christine Presley, Charlie and Billie McMullen.
He is survived by: his mother Charlene Presley of Fulton; his son Braxton Presley (Caitlin) of Baldwyn; his sister Jada Presley of Fulton; his grandchildren, Liam Ray Allen Presley of Baldwyn, Jett Rylan Presley of Baldwyn and Nona Kathryn Presley of Baldwyn; and his sibling's children, Abby Presley, Colby Presley, Hunter Hardin, Peyton Wren and Andrew West.
