She was predeceased by : her parents, Marshall Junior Carpenter and Clara Faye Adams Carpenter; her husband Kenneth Beasley; her siblings, Jerry Carpenter, Charles Carpenter, Terry Carpenter and Virginia Lynn Carpenter; and her grandson James Hady Owens.
She is survived by : her sons, Scotty Owens (Brandi), Kevin Owens (Jessica), D. J. Owens (Michelle), Kenneth Beasley, II and Matthew Beasley (Cindy); her grandchildren, Kaylee Owens, K. C. Owens, Layla Owens, Riley Owens, Cameron Owens, Toby Owens, Harper Owens and Daxton Owens; and her sister Cynthia "Cathy" Carpenter Frederick (Frank). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
