She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Gray and Susie Mae Gray; her husband George Gann; her sisters-in-law, Doris Guntharp (JC), Annie Bell McCarley (Lyndel) and Faye Gray; and her close friends, Charlene and Gola Senter.

She is survived by: her daughter Dixie Sugg (Chris) of Amory; her grandsons, Christopher Sugg of Amory and Andrew Sugg of Amory; and her siblings, Hilman Gray of Fulton, Gary Gray (Carola) of Fulton and Wanda Mathis (Jimmy) of Tupelo.
