He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Jewel Barnes Steele and Waggle Steele; and his siblings, Bud Steele, Cloyce Steele, Lavelle Kent, Lanelle Spencer and Janie Lou Lindsey.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Steele of Fairview; his children, Tony Steele (Christy) of Jacksonville, AL and Stephanie Turner of Fairview; his granddaughters, Madison Turner, Jordyn Turner, Abbi Steele and Cailynn Steele; and his sisters, Doris Moore of Belmont and Bammie South of Fulton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Senter Funeral Home (707 S Adams St, Fulton, MS 38843). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
