He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlton Franks and Edna Ruth Hamm Franks. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wood Franks; his sons, Mikey Franks Jr. and Cayden Mitchell; and his granddaughter Nora Ruth Franks.
