He is survived by : his wife Treva Kay Owens of Fulton; his sons, Kevin Owens (Amber) and Kyle Owens; his grandchildren, Kendra Owens, Mason Owens and Linc Owens; his stepchildren, Darrin Burroughs (Tracey), Jim Burroughs (Jill), Angela Williams and Kathy Jackson (Johnny); his grandchildren, Gabe Mendoza (Sonya), Ricky Williams, Alyssa Williams, Michael Stuart (Katie), Tyler Stuart (Jenny), Charlie Jackson, Jeff Burroughs (Ashley), Donna Burroughs (Josh), Logan Burroughs, Sylvi Burroughs and Hatcher Burroughs; and his siblings, James R. Owens (Sandy), Mike Owens (Debbie) and Sharon Owens. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Senter Funeral Directors (707 S Adams St, Fulton, MS 38843). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
