He is survived by : his wife Nancy Gail Frederick; his son Keith Frederick (Heather); his grandchildren, Ashley Palmer (Josh) and Bradley Frederick (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Memphis Koen Palmer, Paxton Kage Palmer and Bowen Kirk Frederick; his caregivers, Sharon Cox, Becky and Brandi of Visiting Angels; his daughter Karen Frederick; and his stepfather Doug Timbes.
