M.); and his nieces and nephews, Chance Prestage (Kayla), Jessica Dozier (Clay), Ethan Flurry (Catherine), Noel Orr (Ricky) and Alex Lindley (Andrew). He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.
