He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Crouch and Sivola Crouch; and his sister Mary Crouch. He is survived by: his cousin Tommy Carpenter of Fulton; and his close friends, Jesse Emerson (Barbara) of Hamilton, AL and Robert Humphres (Laurie) of Fulton.
