He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Barkley and Beulah Tucker Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Tucker Barkley; and his sister Charlotte Barkley Thompson (Bob) of Paragould, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
