We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025, at the age of 63, Sam Pitts of Fulton, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Sam departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sam may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sam leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Edward and Edith Helen Langley Pitts; and his brother Greg Pitts. He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela Pitts Green of Phoenix, AZ, Tresia Pitts Underwood (Rick) of Phoenix, AZ, Phyllis Baulch of Jackson, MS, Tammy Rogers of Fulton and Selina Moore (Steve) of Fulton; and his close friend Sue Cox Clark of Okolona. He is also survived by four nieces, nine nephews, and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home - Fulton (401 S Cummings St, Fulton, MS 38843). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
