With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wylie Leon Pannell of Fulton, Mississippi, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wylie and Monette Pannell; his wife Clara Pannell; and his siblings, Dennis Earl, Dulane Pannell, Elizabeth Martin and Nancy Hendrix.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug Pannell (Wanda) and Kevin Pannell (Barb); his grandchildren, Stephane Robinson (Wesley), Nicki Smithey, Joseph Zepeda (Melissa) and Megan Hillhouse (Warren); and his great grandchildren, Alex, Charlie Robinson, Addison, Remi Kate Smithey, Madelyn, Jase Zepeda, Wyatt and Walker Hillhouse.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
