He was predeceased by: his parents, Corine Pace Cantrell and Calman Cantrell; and his wife Jewel Dean "Tootie" Cantrell. He is survived by: his children, William Cantrell (Jeanie), Thomas Cantrell (Katherine) of Sulligent, AL and Christy Stanford (Trae) of Smithville, MS.; and his great grandchildren, Ropeer, Winter, Owen, Cody, Mason, Sheri, Addison, Luna, Lukas, Rylee, Arya and John.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Otts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 923, Sulligent, AL 35586.
