She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Harold Turnage and Mary Rose Campbell Turnage; and her brother Jay Randall Turnage. She is survived by: her husband David Pugh; her children, Michelle Polk (Jesse) and Christopher Kelley (Chrissy); her stepchildren, Mark Kelley (Elizabeth), Jason Pugh (Laura), Kelly Pilger (David) and Hunter Pugh (Daisy); and her sister Deborah Turnage Braziel.
