She was predeceased by: her first love Dr. Ernest McCraw; her second love James "Peewee" Reeves; her daughter Rhonda Chesser; and her parents, Hazel Lewis and Earl Lewis.
She is survived by: her pet Gatti; her grandchildren, Katherine Chesser of Laurel and Kaitlin Chesser of Madison, Mississippi; her close friends, Angela Desporte and Nancy Gambrell; her stepchildren, Karon Harrison and Graham Reeves (Rhonda); her grandson Alex Reeves (Swayze); and her siblings, Harry Lewis, Sylvia Lehman and Emmitt Lewis (Becky). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home - Ocean Springs (911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
