With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernestine Dailey of Gautier, Mississippi, born in Jasper, Alabama, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ernestine Dailey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos McCauley and Alvada Lee McCauley; her siblings, Ralph, James, Katherine and Evelyn; and her great grandchild Braedyn.
She is survived by: her sister Dorthea Pulliam; her sons, Larry Allen (Vivian) and Eddie Dean (Julia); her grandsons, Brian (Kristen) and Drew Allen; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Brian, Amylia and Ally; and her spouse Uless Grant Dailey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (325 De La Pointe Dr, Gautier, MS 39553). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lottie Moon Christmas Offering of the Gautier First Baptist Church.
