He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mertz; his daughter Shauna Mertz Lucas; his siblings, Jimmy, Sonny, Robin and Lisa; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Lucas and Michaela Lucas; and his sister-in-law Chris Reyna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
