John Frederick Ros Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Frederick Ros of Gautier, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2026 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pol Mikel Ros, Jr. and Eva Voncile Livaudais Ros; his sisters, Mary Ros and Linda M. Ros Savell; and his grandparents, Pol M. Ros, Sr., Velma Olsen Ros, Alan Livaudais and Nina Isora Livaudais.
He is survived by: his significant other Marjorie M. Ros; his daughter Nicole E. Ros (Jason Welford); his stepchildren, Heather Williams Black (Chris) of Brandon, MS and Jason H. Williams (Sonya) of Barton, MS; his brother Charles Mikel Ros (Susan) of Prattville, MS; his grandchildren, Devin, Tori, Jenna Black and Grace Williams Davis (Gage); and his great grandchild Rosemary Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, great friends.
In lieu of flowers, Fred requested memorials to be made in his memory to his church, First Baptist Church in Gautier.
