He is survived by: his children, Kenneth James Perry and Lacey Hugee; his stepson Michael Moore; his grandchildren, Landon, Jazlynn, Kenzie, Sebastian and Jaycie; his brothers, Brad and Douglas Perry; his stepsister Kimberly Perry; and his close friend Dawn Olsen.
