He is survived by: his wife Christine Canterbury; his brother Billie Canterbury; his children, David Canterbury, Macel Canterbury III (Kim) and Crystal Canterbury; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Kristen, Haley, Emilie and Macel IV. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
