He was predeceased by: his parents, Yu Guan Xie and Sau Ying Lai. He is survived by: his wife Wai Ying Wong; his children, Choi Chieh, John H. Chief, Kami Chieh and Kwan Chieh; and his brother Joe Chieh. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gautier O' Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home (3290 Ladnier Rd, Gautier, MS 39553). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery.
