She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Walden and Louise Walden; her husband Billy Andrew Griffin; and her brothers, Dale and Delmar Walden.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wayne Cowan (Kim) and Gayle Renee Sympson (Gary) of Waynesville, IL. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
