He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacey Fulgham and Kitty Sherwood Fulgham. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Allen Fulgham; his children, Ken Fulgham and Amanda Smith (Johnny); his brother Gary Fulgham (Sible); and his grandchildren, Brandon Fulgham, Kendra Russell, Mack Smith and Jeremy Smith (Pollyanna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Georgetown Baptist Church (1017 Main St, Georgetown, MS 39078).
