As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joan may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Ed" Earnest Lawson and Dalene Hughes Lawson; and her siblings, Sue White (Bubba), Gwendolyn Bean (Billy) and Paul Lawson (Judy).
She is survived by: her siblings, Mildred Miller (Ray), Burma Carpenter (Walter) and Max Lawson (Kay). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gillsburg Baptist Church.
