He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. "Billy" Wall Jr. and Jessie Geraldine Newman Wall; his siblings, Jed Hunter Wall and Jan Iasigi; and his nephew Cody Iasigi.
He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Ratcliff Wall; his children, Laurie Ann Winge (Matt), Joel Thomas Wall (Gracie), Laney Joanna Wall (Matthew F.) and Lindey Elise Wall; his grandchildren, Parker Lane Winge, Layla Ann Winge, LouVella Elise Wall, Garren Thomas Baggett, Paxton Thomas Wall, Jaxton Price Wall, Layton Gunner Wall, Henry Stone Fitzsimmons and Ashton Lane Wall; and his siblings, Gerald Wall (Amy), Brenda Jean Walsh (Greg), Jamie Wall (Sandra), Jeffrey Wall (Kathy), Gretel Morales, John Wall (Lisa) and Janet Ford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gillsburg Baptist Church (6126 MS-568, Osyka, MS 39657). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at the Wall Family Cemetery. In September 2020, COVID-19 forever changed Joey's life.
