He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Bain and Grace Baswell Bain; and his brothers, Willie C.'Toby' (Marie Bain), Garvin (Jessie Bain), Lindon Bain and Ranney Bain.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Gail Tull (Sam, Jr.); his stepgrandsons, Trey Tull (Maria) and Tyler Tull (Breanne); and his sister-in-law Nelda Bain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the LeBonheur Children's Hospital.
