He is survived by: his wife Shirley Voyles Newbourn; his sons, Timothy Lynn Newbourn and Zachery Lynn Newbourn (Ashley); his grandsons, Wyatt Newbourn, Noah Newbourn, William Newbourn, Waylon Newbourn, James Polk and Elijah Voyles; and his sister Donna Bowen. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
