She was predeceased by: her parents, Stannie Austin Kent and Jimmie Lou Morgan Kent; her husband Robert J. Cooper; and her siblings, James Austin "Bub" Kent, Charles Lamar "Rusty" Kent, Ray "Dusty" Kent and Loraine "Shine" Tucker.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Chuck" Cooper (Becki) and Ricky Cooper (Tina); her grandchildren, Ricky Cooper, Jr. (Anne), Robert Cooper, Ryan Cooper and Chance Cooper; and her daughter-in-law Louise Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Lake Washington Baptist Church.
