He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Augustus Hubbard and Dorothy Dodd; his children, BJ Hubbard and Jessica Hubbard; his grandson Jason Scott Hubbard; and his brother David Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hubbard; his children, Jennifer Bennett, Kimberly Wellington (Wesley), Scott Murphy (Tisha), Eugene Hubbard and Angel Hubbard; his grandchildren, Chasity Bennett, Cedric Bennett, Ryker Hubbard, Sebastian Farris, Carson Wilson, Aaliyah Wilson, Laramie Wellington, Kaleb Murphy, Shae'a Wilson (Matt) and Chastity Miller (Max); his great grandchildren, Iris Bennett, Harper Wilson, Emberly Miller, Briella Miller and Barrett Miller; his sisters, Viola South (Howard) and Jeannie McKey (Billy); and his former wife Evelyn Felks.
His contributions to his family and community will echo through the lives he touched, and he will be deeply missed.
