She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Gaines and Evelyn Burcham Gaines; her grandparents, Roy, Vera Burcham and Mammie Gaines; her aunts and uncles, Fay Rose (J. W.), Shannon Burcham, Faye Burcham (Alton), Willie Grisson (Gerald), John Gaines (Nell) and Ray Gaines; her husband Stan Dillingham; her aunt Barbara Fay Gaines; her uncle Jerry Burcham; and her brother-in-law Brad Dillingham. She was also cherished by several cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.

The family kindly requests that no flowers be sent, and instead, donations in her memory be made to Pine Vale Children's Home, an organization close to Patricia's heart.
