He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samuel Terrell and Sally Reynolds Terrell; and his brother James Ervin Terrell. He is survived by: his wife Madolyn Hart Terrell; his daughter Misty Terrell Brumfield (Douglas); his granddaughters, Mackenzie Springstead and Madelyn Springstead; his sister-in-law Virginia Hart Zeigler; and his nieces and nephews, James Edward Terrell (Mandi), James Anthony Zeigler (Stephania), Theresa Terrell Dykes and Melisah Terrell Hester (Jeremy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association Mississippi Chapter at 207 West Jackson Street, Suite F, Ridgeland, MS., 39157.
