He is survived by: his wife Gayle Harvey; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Harry Hover; his sons, H. J. Van Norman Jr. "Chuck" and Derek (Angie Van Norman); and his sisters, Patsy (Bobby Dunaway), Sanna Warner and Angeline (Darrell Bateman). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry would be honored by contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Baptist Children's Hospital.
