We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2022, at the age of 89, Mellie Beatrice Forman of Gloster, Mississippi, born in Rayville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Oree Webb and Mamie Boykin Webb; her husband Walter Cross Forman; her son Mark Q. Forman; and her siblings, Dub Webb, Bill Webb, Jewel Davis and Bobbie Jean Robertson.

She is survived by : her sons, Walter D. Forman, Jerry D. Forman and Kirk E. Forman; and her siblings, James Webb and Elaine Eskew. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
