He is survived by: his wife Debra Moore of Avon; his children, Tammy Moore of Bentonville, AR, Denise Sullins of Fayetteville, AR, Terri Murrell of Avon, Krystal Ferguson of Avon, Keith Moore of Avon and Robbie Donham of Avon; and his siblings, Glen Moore (Virginia) of Indianola, MS, James Moore (Carolyn) of Nashville, TN, Mary McCullough (Billy) of Leland, MS and Vicky Kirkland (Derwin) of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
