He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Z. Williams and Laverne Williams. He is survived by: his son Carl David Williams; and his siblings, Larry Don Williams (Rachel) of Sherwood, AR, Richard Eugene Williams (Kaye) of Southaven, Brenda Caroll Jaynes (Bob) of Lowell, AR and Rebecca Ann Worbington of Lowell, AR. He is also survived by several nieces; and many friends.
