She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Mathis Formigoni of Madison, MS, Angela "Angie" Mathis Montgomery of Greenville, MS, William Wade of Amory, MS, Dwayne Wade (Jeanie) of Cleveland, MS and Elizabeth "Renee" Wade of Greenville, MS; her siblings, Barbara Polson (Billy Bob) of Winchester, KY, Carol Pangburn of Harvest, AL and Barry Blailock (Chelly) of Snellville, GA.; and her grandchildren, Carrie Harper of Fayettville, AR, Jennifer Formigoni of Satelite Beach, FL, Anthony Formigoni (Tiffany) of Saint Peters, MO, Kristin Blair of Terre Haute, IN, Lacey Wade of Ridgeland, MS, Syndey Mizell (Ethan) of Bogalusa, LA, Cameron Wade (Anna Katherine) of Bogalusa, LA, Paige Livingston of Cleveland, MS and Lindsey Livingston of Cleveland, MS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
