With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Evers of Greenville, Mississippi, who passed away on March 5, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Evers and Edrey Evers; his wife Katie Lou Evers; his sister Charlene Evers Putnam; and his brother-in-law Jim Putnam.

He is survived by: his son Lee Evers (Christen Caplinger); his granddaughter Harper Anne Evers of New York City; and his sister Bobbye Ann Oltermari (Davis Oltremari).
