The memory of Connie Dae Gore of Greenville, Mississippi, who passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 100, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her sons, James Andrew Gore, Jr. and Norman Richmond Smith. She is survived by : her children, Ernest Tucker Gore of Madison, MS, Stephen Elmer Gore (Beth) of Toxey, AL, David Allen Gore (Carmen) of Bartlett, TN, Dr. Emily Smith Weber of Philadelphia, PA, Connie Gore Ballard (Grady) of Greenville, MS and Lela Gore Sewell (Mark) of Greenwood, MS.. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mortimer Funeral Home (711 US-82, Greenville, MS 38701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Barbee Cemetery.
