He is survived by: his wife Teresa Kitchens; his children, David Lee Kitchens, Alex Kitchens (Ramona), Rodney Pierce (Tasha) and April Terry (BJ); his grandchildren, Michael Kitchens (Chasity), Tori Kitchens, Kaitlin McLendon (JonReed), John Terry (Mary Presley), Maddilyn Marcengil (Parker), Gage Saulter, Wyatt Terry, Joseph Terry, Gracie Rainwater, Aiden Pierce, Clayton Hill, Katie Pierce, Amanda Wiltshire, Zach Mansfield and Jack Gentry; and his siblings, Bonnie Taylor, Chester Kitchens (Sharon) and Shirley Salley. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
