He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Ouzts and Joyce Brasher Ouzts; and his brother William R. Ouzts. He is survived by: his wife Carla Ouzts; his daughter Renee Ouzts of Greenville; and his brother Cecil Ouzts of Michigan.
