He is survived by: his wife Cara Louise Potin; his daughters, Michelle Moore (Melvin) and Amy Azar (Chris); his grandchildren, Faith Gilreath (Pierson), Hope Lee (Hunter), Arthur, Goldie Azar and Mel Moore (Autumn); and his great grandchildren, Abby, Ben Moore and Daisy Lee.
