He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Ridings and Betty Ridings; his sister Ellen Yeager; and his nephew Brandon Yeager. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Ridings Leonard (Todd) of Millport, AL and Nathan Ridings (Heaven) of St. Genevieve, MO.; his grandchildren, Haley Ridings, Bailey Ridings and Aurora Ridings; and his niece Jeni Yeager.
