She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Decker and Luna Decker; her daughter Celia Kay Brasher; and her brother Dr. Joe Decker. She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Julia Thorn; her son-in-law Collis Thorn; her stepgrandson Brandon Thorn; and her sister Jane Naish. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
