We are sad to announce that, on March 26, 2026, at the age of 77, Emery Hershell Lott of Greenville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Emery departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Emery. Though Emery may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Frances "Fran" Finch Lott; his siblings, Lowell Lott (Kitten) and Marilyn Graves; and his daughters, Amy (Bart Barrett) and Sally (Chris Miller). He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law and his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Global Methodist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
