With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Townsend McCourt of Greenville, Mississippi, who passed away on June 4, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hector Townsend and Josephine Townsend; and her son Everett. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests charitable donations be made either to the First Presbyterian Church of Greenville or the Kirk Presbyterian Church in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas.
