He is survived by: his children, Sharon Waters of Yazoo City and Richard Collins (Juanita) of Columbus; and his sisters, Carol Pipes and Judy Goad of Arkansas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
