He is survived by: his mother Bettie Maxwell of Houston, TX; and his siblings, Command Sergeant Major (RETIRED) Arluster Maxwell, Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama, Sergeant (RETIRED) Edward Earl Maxwell of San Antonio, Texas, Sergeant (RETIRED) Larry Jerome Maxwell of Fredericks, Maryland, Linda Maxwell Harris of Houston, Texas and Dr. Cheryl Lynne Maxwell Kinder of Humble, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
