He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Smith and Thelma M. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Smith; his children, Lacey Yoder (Scott) and Randi Dixon (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jayson, Max, Braxton Yoder, Kellan and Kaden Dixon; and his siblings, Bill J. Smith (Sue Ellen) and Diane L. Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
